- STEP 2: Find and click on “Add Your CDL.” Be sure to fill in everything EXACTLY as it appears on your CLP/CDL.
- STEP 3: After you enter everything PERFECTLY, click “Verify CDL.” If verification fails, try again. You may have made a mistake with your information. It must be an exact match to your CLP/CDL.
Depending on your browser and your device, your screen may look different than the images in this tutorial. The important thing in the next step is that you switch to your “Employer Admin” area.
- STEPS 4 & 5: Find the drop-down menu.
- STEP 6: Switch to your “Employer Admin” screen.
- STEP 7: Click on “Purchase a Query Plan.” (Do NOT click on “Conduct a Query.”)
- STEP 8: Select the option to purchase 1 query which will cost $1.25.
- STEP 9: Click “Continue to Pay.gov” and follow the steps to complete your purchase.
